What does it mean to be grounded? How does it work? I will lead you through a guided meditation.

THE DIMENSIONS
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS?
All creation is energy in the form of a wave. you refer to it as the elecromagnetic wave or spectrum. As it is always in motion, this wave vacillates between its wave form and its material form.
All creation exists in this energy wave, which travels at various frequencies, each frequency showing different characteristics. This wave appears in the physical in many different ways; radio waves, sound waves, light, color, x rays, 3D objects, all the dimensions, and much more. they are all manifestations of this energy, and that is one way we are all connected. there is no aspect of creation that is not an aspect of this energy. it is god, it is conciousness, it is creation.
While the dimensions exist on the EM wave, they also express conciousness at different levels or frequencies. You exist here in the third dimension, but you also exist in and have access to all the other levels of conciousness.
You can flow easily between them, but you probably aren't aware of it. When you are dreaming, you are in another dimension. it super real to you in that moment. As you awaken, you enter a very different conciouness, and the previous one quickly fades into the background. Then this one seems real, and the other is more like a fantasy.
Whenever you are inspired by something, a piece of music, a poem, a painting, a book, another person, you have entered another dimension. When you create something, art, music, poetry, working with your hands, designing, writing, you are accessing another dimension. you are still connected to this one, but your energy flows effortlessly from one to another, gathering knowledge and wisdom from both. When you are praying, meditating or channeling, your energy is flowing easily between dimensions. when you are physically exerting yourself , as in jogging, a footrace, a tennis match, you are again operating from another dimenison. you have given yourself over to another process. When you flow between dimensions, you are operating at different frequencies, which allows you to access different kinds of information.
The first 3 dimensions exists in the physical realm. The rest are in the invisible world.
THE FIRST DIMENSION,

We are the laughers, entities of different dimensions come together to help you sort out the many mysteries you humans face while inhabiting the 3d dimension. We are called this because we wish to show you that laughter is a very powerful tool with which to navigate your reality.
Laughter is like the spin cycle of your washing machine. When you laugh, your belly shakes up and down, breaking up old patterns, spinning the cards of possibility, throwing them up in the air to reshuffle the deck, so that you can see things in a new light; you can see the absurdity of a situation you were stuck in and swing open the doors to perception and action. Hard truths crack. positions shift. fresh air comes in pouring in.
Joy is the principle underlying life, and Laughter is joy delighting in absurdity and the nonsensical. So we highly recommed laughter. When things become stale or stuck, it will help you open to new paths of perception and possiblility.
So finally now we are ready to speak of the first dimension. Your first dimension is the unique vibration of your soul. the part of you that is a part of creator. You afd here now in this dimension to explore creation itself from your own unique perspective. the part of you that is unique, with unique gifts, and your very own path.
The Earth is a unique entity too. She is here to give birth to life in all its endless forms in this dimension.She is ascending at the same time as we all are. we are doing this together. Her first dimension is her heart, her center; a giant iron core crystal. This iron crystal is the source of the EM energy animating life on earth. This energy is constantly emanating from her core to the surface . It is concentrated by some geological formations at special places on the earth. These are energy hotspots or sacred sites, on which the ancient ones built their temples, and over which modern religions have built cathedrals , mosques, and sacred structures. People are drawn to these sites, as they feel the intense energies emanating from within. These energies help propel you to higher dimensions, allowing for miracles, and miraculous healings to happen.
When you are grounding yourself, you are opening to and connecting with the earth's electromagnetic energies, raising your own energy to access the higher dimensions.
In summary, the first dimension is your soul, your true home and the the seat of your power. It is your connection to all that is. the eternal part of you.

The SECOND DIMENSION exists under the Earth and consists of the biomass, the proto-life forms, the bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other little known forms of life that make possible the formation of more complex life forms.

SECOND DIMENSION
Greetings everyone! I'm so glad you have come to join us in our exploration of the dimensions. We are all multidimensional beings. What do we mean by that?
Humans are anchored in the 3d dimension. That is where our 5 senses are highly developed for this dimension, so that we can survive and thrive in it. However, energy moves at many other frequencies that exist outside this dimension. For example, you have a soul that is animating your body and that continues after you shed your 3d body. This soul is an aspect of the greater conciousness and vibrates at a different frequency than the body.
In your daily live, you can visit or inhabit other frequencies quite easily or seamlessly, though you may not be aware of it. for example, when you are absorbed in a creative activity, like painting or sculpture, writing, woodwork, a hobby, solving a problem, or anything that takes all your attention, you are vibrating in a different frequency. When you pray or meditate you enter a different dimension.
Whenever you are dreaming or even day dreaming, your are inhabiting different dimension. That world can seem even more real than this one, until you start to wake up and it begins to disappear.
We have already talked about the first dimension . It is the frequency of the soul.
The earth has a soul too, and its first dimension is the frequency of her iron core. We carry that vibration of her soul in the iron in our blood, which brings us the oxygen that makes life in material form possible We therefore connect with Earth's vibration with every breath we take. When we follow our breath in meditaiton, we are connecting with Mother Earth.
Being the great alchemist, she makes it possible for our souls to experience life in the third dimension. It is her mission to give your soul a physical body with which to experience this third dimension , so that you have the opportunity to discover who you are and to experience yourself fully as a creator being.
. Mother Earth is the wizard that alchemicaly brings together all the processes that create life, stirring them endlessly her great cauldron, a great primeval soup. bubble bubble toil and trouble....
The second dimension is the energy that interfaces between spirit and matter. In our earthly presence this is thebiome that makes up the ground beneath our feet and reaches far down below the earth's surface. It is a factory of living, breathing biomass. This biome is a transition state ; the cauldron that creates life.
The components of life begins with a primeval the soil, in the water, usoup of water, air, minerals, and heat, and are transformed through magic, chemical reactions, sacred geometry, sacred intent, and divine will to build simple, basic forms of life. This biome is ever present and ever busily forming the systems that create more complex life forms; these are one cell organisms, nanobes, eukaria, microbes, bacteria, viruses, fungi. and endless other compounds and creations we know little about. They live in our bodies, in the soil, miles under the earth's crust. They form our bodies; they are the prototypes of more complex systems. they form the structures of our organs. Our mitochondria have evolved from viruses. other organs are built from bacteria. they are our basic structures. They transform inorganic life to organic life. They are our ancestors, our partners, and deserve our appreciation and acknowledgement. They love us, and we would do well to honor them
The Second dimension biome is the nursey for all the complex life forms and systems that make our world in the third dimension. the impulse of life is to begin with simple forms that become ever more complex systems , and so systems continue to become ever more complex. The second dimension then is the biomass factory that magically transforms wave energy into 3D matter.
When we dig into the earth for mineral extraction, we are disrupting this important biome. Oil, minerals, uranium, water, all of them interfere with our life foundations. When we bulldoze the ground, we are disrupting the systems that make the earth fertile for growth and life. Injecting poisons into the ground we are interrupting life and unbalancing it.
It is time to adopt a new perspective. the perspective of indigenous mind; the mind of our ancestors, who instinctively understood that we are connected to the earth and to all life on earth and above the earth. that will be the topic of another time. We must remember we are all brothers and sisters of life, no matter how big or small, how simple or complex. And so we leave you now to digest what we have spoken about, and we bid you a most blessed day.

We have been speaking of the dimensions, and today we want to speak about the 3d dimension. You are all most familiar with it, as it is the place you find yourselves in this lifetime.
you have chosen this incarnation on Mother Earth to experience and expand your consciousness and how to use that consciousness to be the creators of your world. But first, it is helpful to understand that everything in creation holds consciousness; a rock, a star, a tree, a flower , the animals, the elements, and of course humans. This means that you may well have embodied into life previously as not only a human, but in other forms as well . This is so that you can experience the infinite variations and view points of creation.
It is Creator reflecting upon itself.
But back to the human experience of this dimension.
As we have mentioned, your soul has come into a body in this dimension in order to expand your consciousness, to become a conscious creator of your world. We have also explained previously that all energy exists as an elecromagnetic wave which vacillates between wave form and material form. Quantum physics tells us that for energy to manifest into matter, there needs to be an observer. Consciousness is that observer.
so in this third dimension you humans as a collective consciousness are dreaming together our experience in the third dimension of this earth and this environment. You have chosen to be creators of this earth while at the same time this earth, also a conscious being, is doing the same; she is endlessly creating new and varied life forms since the beginning. She has created your body, and the bodies of all life forms here on earth. While you are creating your world and ascending in consciousness, she is also ascending . So you might say that you and the earth are ascending together. What a partnership!
Earth is helping to keep out collective dream manifest by sending out radiating energy from her core. This radiating energy comes to the surface in the form of ley lines, creating energy hotspots or sacred sites, where you can raise our own vibrations and where miracle healings often occur. This energy also drives the elemental cycles that create the weather and renew the life supporting systems on which all life depends .
So perhaps you understand now that together you are weavers of your reality. every choice you make weaves another thread into the tapestry of life. And with all the other life forms weaving at the same time, you are forming the giant tapestry that is your world. Native cultures understood this dynamic and called it Spider Woman, a woman the Great Weaver of life on Earth.
Humans then are by nature manifesters and creators. In the beginning humans created matrilocal societies, in alignment with the essence of Mother Earth, the ultimate mother and teacher. The feminine is the natural leader of the pack. She is the birther, protector, nurturer and teacher of the young. That is why the females of all the animal species are also the leaders. ( with one notable exception) A Leader's focus is on the survival of the young and of the species. Embodying all these principles is the image of the Great Goddess, but we will speak further about this another time.
At some point in history the masculine needed to explore itself fully too, and what came next was a very long and full blown expression of patriarchy. This has come full circle now, and after so much suffering, the accumulation of pain is slowly turning that ship around.
All nature, the cosmos, and beings from other worlds are aware of your great struggles in the 3d dimension. Through your struggles , you are exploring what it means to create, to take energy in the form of waves of your thoughts, intentions, and feelings and to weave and manifest them into a form of matter. You might call our planet the Manifester Planet. She has provided the platform for our human manifesting experiment. And she has shown you the way by example, like any good mother, by being a great creator herself.
And now we will share with you a simple and very potent tool to facilitate your journey of manifestation, and that is grounding. In order to find your power as creator, it is imperative to be present, to be in the now. Grounding brings you into the present, into nature, and into your fullest power.
Too many of you are ungrounded for too much of your time here. That means that you have separated yourselves from earth energy, your most fundamental power. Usually that is through lack of attention, due to habit, focus, training, culture and now the electronic media. you are often taught by family or society to ignore nature. That nature is not important. your purpose is elsewhere.
But that is a big lie. your power is with nature. nature created you, your body, and your world, and by aligning your energies with hers, you tap in to the powerful creative energies that are your natural gift and birthright. And that is why grounding is so important before doing spiritual work, or at any time when you are feeling ungrounded, anxious, or powerless. Mediations for grounding are provided by the channeler in other communications.
We would like to point out one more essential tool to keep in mind. In this third dimension, you have been given the tools of the five senses. These are designed primarily for your survival . But your 5 senses can only reveal about 5% of all reality. The rest of reality is hidden from those senses.
When it comes to navigating theose other dimensions, you have other skills for that; Foremost is your imagination, where everything that is ever created begins. if you can't imagine something, you won't be able to create it. So we encourage you welcome and strengthen imagination. Use it as often as you can. Lose yourself in your dreams. take time to do nothing. Just Be. Create art, music, poetry, writing and expand your consciousness. It are your most important gift and ally.

Before we begin speaking about the first dimension, we need to speak a little about what we mean by the dimensions.
All creation is energy in the form of a wave. you refer to it as the elecromagnetic wave or spectrum. As it is always in motion, this wave vacillates between its wave form and its material form.
All creation exists in this energy wave, which travels at various frequencies, each frequency showing different characteristics. This wave appears in the physical in many different ways; radio waves, sound waves, light, color, x rays, 3D objects, all the dimensions, and much more. they are all manifestations of this energy, and that is one way we are all connected. there is no aspect of creation that is not an aspect of this energy. it is god, it is conciousness, it is creation.
While the dimensions exist on the EM wave, they also express conciousness at different levels or frequencies. You exist here in the third dimension, but you also exist in and have access to all the other levels of conciousness.
You can flow easily between them, but you probably aren't aware of it. When you are dreaming, you are in another dimension. it super real to you in that moment. As you awaken, you enter a very different conciouness, and the previous one quickly fades into the background. Then this one seems real, and the other is more like a fantasy.
Whenever you are inspired by something, a piece of music, a poem, a painting, a book, another person, you have entered another dimension. When you create something, art, music, poetry, working with your hands, designing, writing, you are accessing another dimension. you are still connected to this one, but your energy flows effortlessly from one to another, gathering knowledge and wisdom from both. When you are praying, meditating or channeling, your energy is flowing easily between dimensions. when you are physically exerting yourself , as in jogging, a footrace, a tennis match, you are again operating from another dimenison. you have given yourself over to another process. When you flow between dimensions, you are operating at different frequencies, which allows you to access different kinds of information.
So finally now we are ready to speak of the first dimension. Your first dimension is the unique vibration of your soul. the part of you that is a part of creator. You afd here now in this dimension to explore creation itself from your own unique perspective. the part of you that is unique, with unique gifts, and your very own path.
The Earth is a unique entity too.
she is here to give birth to life in all its endless forms in this dimension.She is ascending at the same time as we all are. we are doing this together. Her first dimension is her heart, her center; a giant iron core crystal. This iron crystal is the source of the EM energy animating life on earth. This energy is constantly emanating from her core to the surface . It is concentrated by some geological formations at special places on the earth. These are energy hotspots or sacred sites, on which the ancient ones built their temples, and over which modern religions have built cathedrals , mosques, and sacred structures. People are drawn to these sites, as they feel the intense energies emanating from within. These energies help propel you to higher dimensions, allowing for miracles, and miraculous healings to happen.
When you are grounding yourself, you are opening to and connecting with the earth's em energies, raising your own energy to access the higher dimensions.
The first dimension is yoursoul, your true home and the the seat of your power. It is your connection to all that is. the eternal part of you.

we are the laughers, entities of different dimensions come together to help you sort out the many mysteries you humans face while inhabiting the 3d dimension. We are called this because we wish to show you that laughter is a very powerful tool with which to navigate your reality.
Laughter is like the spin cycle of your washing machine. When you laugh, your belly shakes up and down, breaking up old patterns, spinning the cards of possibility, throwing them up in the air to reshuffle the deck, so that you can see things in a new light; you can see the absurdity of a situation you were stuck in and swing open the doors to perception and action. Greetings Dear Ones,
We are the Laughers, an interdimensional group of souls here to remind you that laughter is your best tool for staying light, or in the light, when times are dark and sticky. Shake up those belly laughs, those stuck energies that muddy the waters and make it difficult to see through the mud. A good laugh can send you in to the stratosphere and open the portals of possibility.
We are here to discuss the Fifth Dimension. We have already talked about how the first 3 dimensions exist in the physical realm. That the fourth dimension is a bridge between the physical and the spiritual realms, having attributes of both. And the fifth is purely in the spiritual . The 5th through 9th are all spiritual and the 9th is creator, source, and the black hole. so perhaps you can see the progression of energy from the heavy physical energies towards the lighter spiritual energies and finally the creator being.
Your body exists in the first three dimensions, while your soul vibrates in the fifth - ninth. As a physical body, you emit light ; Each cell emits light as it carries on its life processes. All that light joins together to form your light body. Each cell holds the information needed to create a whole new physical body, and therefore the light from each cell creates a hologram of you. this light body exists in the fifth dimension. and every life form has a light body in this dimension.
Your soul is your character and personality. It exists in the in between dimensions, the 4th and 5th, moving between them in order to gather light and knowledge in order to ascend. in ancient Egypt, this soul was called the BA and was represented as a bird with a human face; thus combining the connections of the physical with the spiritual. The Egyptians believed that the Ba could return to earth to be with loved ones.
The fifth dimension is the realm of light and a peaceable kingdom that holds all the life forms; plants, animals. and humans. they can easily take on more light and visit the higher realms for enlightenment . In the fifth dimension, souls can perceive from a higher perspective and take in the universal love that creates and animates the universe. And while doing so they connect with the great web of life that nurtures and sustains the living, expanding universe.
This is a place of learning; learning from other life forms, taking on more light, and taking on teachers, whether from this realm or the higher realms. souls can travel easily between the realms to find the wisdom and knowledge they seek. Like a wizards school, it is a place of challenges. challenging the soul to select teachers and classes in manifestation, removing obstacles, stepping into power, and transformation.
Souls exist here both as individuals and in soul groups. soul groups have their own gifts, intentions, and collective journeys. Animals easily connect with their soul groups for guidance, ACCESSING the soul journey in its role in the great web of life. For example, one journey of the dog group is to provide connection and guidance for humans in this dimension. For cats, they provide humans with grounding , living in the present , and guidance in passing over.
'whether you are looking at your cat in meditation, eyes dreamily closed or you look into the eyes of a newborn child or animal, you may be gazing into the eyes of the 5th dimension, the place of peace, harmony, balance, and growing. Visit there as often as possible. And enjoy!
