Shamanism is the oldest spiritual practice that has been used continuously since ancient times. It is even more relevant today because it represents a direct connection to the spirit world without the use of an intermediary. The spirit world is open and accessible to us. In these times of separation from ourselves, from each other, and from the natural world, it is a Portal to Wholeness, Well-being, and Empowerment.
In spiritual journeys we can ask for guidance, healing, insight, and understanding.
I have been a shamanic practitioner for over twenty years. I co-founded the Ft. Lee Shamanic Circle in 1990, and the Angels and Animals Shamanic Group in 2012. Besides offering shamanic journeys and teaching I also offer soul retrievals, shamanic rituals, celebrations, and workshops.
I have studied with shamans Michael Harner, Sandra Ingerman, Christina Pratt, Tom Cowan, and
Robert Moss.

Ritual, Ceremony, CelebrationRitual comes from the Latin word ritu which means to flow. Ritual is creating an order or flow for the purpose of manifesting our intentions, the driving force of our creations. Ritual then helps us to create our world. This involves creating sacred space, calling on the spirit world for assistance, drumming, rattling, chanting, herbs, scents and symbolic tasks.
